"100% Distilled with the artisanal method with head and tail removed. Distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the fragrances, a proper evaporation. Made from precious pomace, fresh and soft and carefully destalked of Monovitigno grapes selected by the Nonino family. To the nose it is soft, aromatic and floral, with scents of white pulp fruit.
