"This private batch is comprised of 18 barrels of Wheated Bourbon. The barrels were blended, and then botled at cask strength at approximately 6 years, 4 months of age. On the nose, this whiskey displays aromas of brioche and vanilla buttercream. Once sipped, sweeter notes of whipped cream and cheesecake come to the fore giving way to fruitier notesof roasted cherry and flamed orange peel. The finish is long with hints of rock candy, clover honey and maraschino cherry." Distiller's Notes
