"This is a fascinating blend. The Merlot lends to the lush fruit components.The Cabernet Sauvignon for this blend offers dark fruit and well-integrated tannin development. The Cab Franc tends to allow for longer hang time. The Petit Verdot allows for very complex character and tannin development. The Malbec adds mid-palate weight and juiciness.
